課程概述

蔬菜和生活與健康密切相關，由園藝專業正確認識各蔬菜種類，對重要蔬菜之植物特性、生產技術與其理論依據有基本概念，體會試驗研究與產業發展的關係，進而珍惜自然界的生態平衡與資源的維護。
